Import Forms & Reports
I currently have several forms in Word, Excel, and PDF formats. I’d like to consolidate them into TeamDesk so all my forms are stored in one place. However, I don’t want to manually re-enter every word, question, and field. If I could simply import the forms and continue building from there, it would greatly streamline and simplify the process.

Would it be possible to establish your team desk field list and schema first?

Then using Claude, craft a detailed document parser to review existing documents, and create a csv for import.

Crafting a Cowork/project prompt to process the documents should be detailed and tested; however, I have used this method for uploading files into a Document Management System inspired table that I use for DB wide file management with success
