AI Customer Assistant for Connection to Website Chatbot.
I am impressed with your recent AI developments in Teamdesk. Thank you. Now I would like to see if we can use the native Teamdesk AI setup to provide customer assistance on our website. We use a chatbot, Zoho SalesIQ, to provide customer support and have experimented with their AI chat bots. We haven't deployed anything but a basic chatbot due to limited functionality. However, we see potential to connect the AI chatbot on our website with the Teamdesk Chatbot that sees our product and product descriptions and pricing. I would like to see the ability to connect the Teamdesk AI assistant to our website chatbot with access to a limited number of table. Thanks again for your work.
