You are probably already using TeamDesk to process emails and save lots of time.
If you do, when you "answer" a mail with TeamDesk or with a Mail Service API (such as Sendgrid), you want your answer to be grouped in the conversation thread in the client mail of the reader.
Today it is not like this.
In order to do this, you need to retrieve the Message-ID field in the mail header of the mail you receive, and to include it in the header of the mail you are sending.
What I would like, is to see TeamDesk retrieve in a dedicated field of the MailBox table: - either the Message-ID field of the incoming mail - or the full header of the mail (this would be more general / but retrieving the Message-ID field does not look so easy)
and why not, the capacity to include specific headers in the send mail facility of TeamDesk
Kind regards,
Pierre

This one really makes a difference if you want to use Teamdesk to respond automatically to emails. You need it if you want the mail client of the recipient to display the email sent with the one received by TeamDesk.
