1. Make sure the originating column in a reference is not itself a link.
2. If you need it to be a link in one place but not the other, then make a formula text column and just but the reference column into the formula.
ps. You can also use this anytime you want to display the same column in more than one place in a form, or document, or email, Just make extra formula columns with the name slightly different than the original column.
