Seems they just didnt like the question.

sometimes there response is slow because they are buried. I have been with then for a couple decade they are rarely slow responding, but sometimes i have waited a day or more.

This is a system question for Support only.
I now have a response but had to shout - something I hate doing but I have a client waiting for 3 databases.

I am glad they got to you and helped!

I know how hard it is having a client upset and you need help!
But the back-end team overall does a truly fantastic job!
