Receipt of Email Delivery Report (SendGrid)
Currently when an emails is sent via SendGrid (EU Servers) the delivery report is not received back into TD/dbFlex. Would be really beneficial for this functionality to be added in terms of bounce backs/delivery failures etc.

sometimes Sendgrid sets some recipients of TD/dbflex as bounced
the corresponding people stop receiving the TD/dbflex notices
and nobody is informed about it.
the info comes up when some actions expected from the recipient are noticed as not-done: a couple of weeks

@All TeamDesk/dbFLEX EU now catches SendGrid status updates and displays it in E-Mail Alert action logs. Status updates data is available since Dec, 4th.

This is great news, thanks a lot for moving on this so quickly.
I could check several requests and saw no problem.
Two remarks
- How can we detect an error without visiting every email alert ? Is an error in a an alert creating a line in the Database error log ?
- I see you activated this also on "Record Change Notifications". Will you put this also on "Scheduled View Subscriptions" ?

@All Please check Setup | Database | Tools | E-Mail Non-Delivery Report - it provides an aggregated view of undeliverables from all email alerts and view subscription grouped by email address.
