Group Records - One Email Tigger - rather than Multiple Emails
I have a periodic trigger I wish to create that will generate a view of multiple records by filter. This works fine currently.
based on my filter, it will find multiple records. It would be ideal if i can somehow tell the system to "Group" the records in one email based on the report template I have created.

In other words, in some way it would be ideal to specify to create ONE email alert report of the changes to the records updated it finds from the filter. Currently, the system will try to send a separate email for each record it finds that matches the filter.

By design, periodic trigger execute linked actions for EACH record passed trigger filter condition.
Please consider using view subscription instead:
