Call URL Authorization fails but works in Postman?
I am trying to send data to another program called ProntoForms. I can get the request to work in Postman but the authorization seems to be failing when I try it through TeamDesk. In Postman I am just doing a simple POST using Basic Auth and sending the body raw/xml. I copy and paste the same info into TeamDesk and it fails with 401 Unauthorized. I've attached a screen shot of my TD Call URL settings. Any help would be appreciated!

I had a similar issue with and the sol'n was to set the "Body" to "FORM" rather than "XML".
No guarantees as I'm not familiar with Prontoforms or Postman specifically but it's worth a try if you haven't done so already.
