You can actually drag a file onto the ‘choose file’ button
I used css to make the button and drop area bigger for one client, too
I can dig out the setup if you’d like to test it

I had sort of hoped this functionality would have been implemented with the kanban update as they seem very similar. This is a very overdue need.

I would really like to see some action on this front.
The current market "industry standard" is drag-n-drop batch uploads.
How do we get this off the ground or at least get some traction to promote implementation?
We're getting a good deal of pushback from end users who just expect it to be possible at this point.
