Currently, we can use xhtml to good effect. See image. We can create visually pleasing layouts and help to POP out the necessary info for quicker analysis. The trouble is, there's a bit of coding that needs to be done to get the effect you're looking for.
Here, I'm suggesting a widget to do this in the Form Layout section. Something that we can use to drop in a column, change the size, font, alignment, colour etc....add a border to box it in and drag and drop to the right position.
I'm thinking about an enhancement to the Add Text field where <% %> code braces can be used as well...or even better, just a field for the required column to go into...and also the "Add Border", Colour/thickness, etc
