* record change notifications * view subscriptions * reminders
... from all tables.
Maybe there could be:
* type - record change / subscription / reminder * related table * related view * period (schedule) * offset * date * name * to: * operation * columns * filter * enabled
Then maybe we create own own views as needed, since each type has different fields by their nature.
