Use Dashboard filter values to populate new Record fields
If you are filtering views or drilling down to a certain subset of data and then decide to create a new record, it would save time defaulting the new record values to the filter search criteria. I find this use case to be a very common occurrence. Anyway when I create a new record, I end up reselecting the same values that were selected in the filter. It could possibly be a better alternative to Add Similar.
