Workflow trigger that asks user whether action should be taken
Upon the trigger, the user is asked whether action should be taken. If answer is yes, then action occurs.
For example, trigger establishes that once record is created in Table A, user will be asked if record should also be created in Table B (with certain pre-filled data based on the information from Table A). User then can accept and create the record in Table B, or say no, in which case no record is created in Table B and user is back to the Table A form

I made a column that was a yes or no requirement. When executing the button action, I had the column show and the user has to select yes or no
