I want to modify the name of each user from their email address to an alias name. How can I do that?
Answer
Once you invite your users, they are able to edit their own personal information.

If a given user is involved in multiple applications, the system will recognize him by email address and use alias when available.

You may edit your personal profile by following "My TeamDesk"->"Personal Information" links.
