This would speed up a process! I have a list of items that all need different data in the same column name. InLine Editing makes the process easier than normal, but you still need to navigate to Edit button and then to the column field and then press "enter" or click Save...then go to the next line and do the same...again and again
InPlace Editing in views would allow you to just go from row to row vertically without having to click the Edit button (requires moving mouse horizontally quite a bit)
