I know graphical workflow idea has been raised before, but was not implemented. So far we are only able to do it manualy! For an experianced user; creating these processes might be easy but for novice users it is not as simple as it looks. I think it would be a great progress in teamdesk if we are able to create workflow processes and save it at one location, so any new user should be able to choose one to suite according to his requirement and implement it with one click.
