It is recommended the following sign-in technology should at least be reviewed for consideration.

The cryptographic security and simplicity of implementation was developed by a global security expert, Steve Gibson, whom is highly regarded (and opinions are heavily weighed) by security personnel at Microsoft, Google, Apple, and many others.

This is a non-profit, global implementation - multiple language, open-source sign-in technology. I am a regular listener to the Security Now podcast (with Steve Gibson and Leo Laporte).

Re: "via SAML 2.0 compatible identity provider"

The previous suggested SQRL sign in technology is not third party, so not sure if my comments here may have disrupted the Idea Exchange log for this idea (Sorry-if that is the case Kirill). However, as we can see from this technology example, fully secure and encrypted sign-in does not require third party provider, so this can be relevant to this post.

I will be quiet now.
