Currently teamdesk allows you to remove a column from a view. However you cannot add one without going into setup. You should be able to hover over the heading and add a column to the report.

TeamDesk does not allow removing the column from the view without entering the setup mode - list of columns to view under Customize dropdown is per-user preferences.

Can you also allow under customize to add columns?
