I think it would be easier on the eye if the Sidebar in both the setup mode and User interface mode were 1: Alternating White and Grey rows and 2: Not Word Wrapped.
In Setup mode, it's annoying (only slightly ;)) working out which link to press esp in the COLUMNS section. Also, if there are many Views/Reports/Charts that have been created, it's hard to navigate which one to view.
It would also be nice to adjust the size of the frame (#td-sidebar) - maybe via a slider...

It would be nice if you could also set up the sidebar with lines to break groups of views apart and order them however you like other than just alphabetically.
