For some views, I would like to be able to add a description or instructions in text at the top of the view to explain the purpose of the view. Sometimes views get lost in the mess and we forget why we created them, or it's possible that other users may find them useful if they knew what they were supposed to do.

Yeah that would be nice. Even better if you could specify language of the "help" in the view.
