Passwords should not be visable to the Administrator
Administrator should have the ability to force a password change. Maybe see part of the password. But they should not be able to see the password. Currently the Admin can see the password.
Sadly individuals use the same password for multiple logins even though it is not a good practice, but becasue of this it is not a good practice to have the passwords so readily accessisble by the admin.

User passwords are no longer visible for Enterprise Edition administrator.
