Help pages
Hi
I suggest that the help pages are made available to those not yet registered (or at least make them aware that help pages are available). Before registering for a free trial I evaluated several programs and one criteria was the quality of the help pages. Teamdesk didn't rate well. Luckily I signed on for the 14 day trial and then found the help pages are available, comprehensive and easy to search by topic.
Just a thought.
