By now it is possible to allow users to change every entry, no entry or own entries. Another possibillity could be changing other users entries preliminary (e.g. if other users made fatal mistakes). After that an email with the entry before and after change should be sent to the entries originator. Inside the email the originator could approve or decline the changes.
