I hesitate offering these suggestions for the Support Center menu(s) as they are so minor.
I would recommend that since Team Desk is the only app and there is only one subject choice, could the two menu options for product and subject be removed? Or do others see options that I don't? It’s a minor irritant to save a question and get an error message in an otherwise "superb" system.
I also would suggest that there be a web link on the TeamDesk and ForeSoft sites to access IdeaExchange. By all means require a password, but I’m embarrassed to say how long it took me to find it. Actually, I gave up and asked. Now that I've posted an idea, the application is conveniently located next to my own app. It is only newbies that have trouble. An alternative would be to load IdeaExchange with every account. It is a great resource for communications.
