It would be great if there was **some** way to enhance the formatting of notifications in TeamDesk. At the very least, the ability to change font sizes, colors, and styles would allow us to provide greater customization and professionalism in our communications.

Currently we have no plans to support HTML in TeamDesk. The solution could be enhancing e-mail templates to allow using markup language as it is done in Text - Multiline columns.
