TeamDesk error cross database - The transaction log for database 'sod' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'
anyone else getting this error ?

cant save records in any of my databases :-(

Yep. Getting something similar right now.

I can't add new records to my tables, and I can't duplicate records. I can't even search some things.

Sign In from earlier timed out and sign in not working currently

I seriously hope for

- a quick recovery
- no data loss

in over 5 years with teamdesk, this is the first major outage

Although I was able to sign in using this link from the email

I've been with TeamDesk since 2011? They've been great at getting back up and I can't remember the last time we had a service outage. I've never lost any data. They're great.

Search isn't working anymore. It was when this started.

Been with them since 2009, also had very reliable service. I have every confidence but it would be nice to hear word from them soon.

and also 6/9/2021 2:49:31 PM

Neither lasted very long

appears to be solved now or getting back to normal anyway

We are back up now, seems to be working normally.

Possibly unrelated but our VOIP phones are also down. So possibly this has to do with issues on a level larger than Teamdesk.

yes, me too. I have a separate Support ticket open but no feedback yet on cause/resolution/preventative action

@All due to failed log backups, transaction log for main database became full essentially preventing any changes to data from happening until we manually recovered transaction log backup process to normal operation.
To prevent it from happening in future we're working on improving our system operations monitoring solution.
