It would be nice to be able to put the "View, Modify and Delete" buttons of any given table in a button category. Either a category of their own Either a category with other action buttons (most favored option)
This would help order the buttons on the screen, save screen space, and ease the localization by the users of the buttons they need
Your might also consider putting documents and actions in joint categories.
