Workflow Triggers - Failed
Currently when workflow triggers fail, the trigger becomes inactive after 10 tries. This may only be discovered weeks later with disastrous consequences.
TeamDesk being able to notify administrator's of such failures and/or deactivation is fundamental to maintaining reliability.

We have also found that on at least one occasion (25/05/2014) a workflow was triggered twice a few minutes apart creating duplicate data. More reporting/control is required on this functionality as it may be impossible to pick duplication even with regular checks on the triggers is setup.

@martin if you think that trigger works incorrectly (twice or in some other way) please open a separate question and provide exact steps to reproduce the problem.

I absolutely agree with the original comment here. Just send an email to the administrator on failure. Thanks

From now on database owner will receive notification by email if trigger was automatically disabled in following format:
Subject: Database Trigger Disabled
Body: 'XXX' database 'YYY' trigger was automatically disabled due to large number of sequential errors.

Having received one of these this week, could I suggest that it would be very helpful if the email included a hyperlink back to the place where the trigger can be edited

Thanks
