Default View (Settings)- Only One "Sort By" Filter in Settings
It would be highly beneficial to have more than one "sort by" filter build into the "default view" under settings. It will allow for better sorting of information that is converted to documents later. I see that the ordering/sorting of information on tables appear to be affected by the sort filters selected on the default view.

@Dale Default view sort settings is not used directly for document generation. System uses settings from view specified as "Details View" in particular relation:

So you've full control on how to sort and what columns to display from details record on your document/screen.
