Manage users from user property table's side
When user property table is enabled in database, system will redirect "Manage existing users shares" to user property table.
You'll be able to create new users and control user's role, external user, etc. from user property table side.
Such ability will allow to improve user management for databases with large number of users.

Can we also look at user "self registration"? It would be helpful to allow new "Public" users to create an account with limited access and a predefined Role on some apps.

I think Jaques idea of self registration is a must have.

I also think that where the User Property Table is being used, a record in it should automatically be created whenever a new user is created. I have application logic which relies on the record for the user existing in the User Property Table and it is annoying to have to create this manually for each new user.

This was originally your idea, but there has been no progress on it. I am now approaching the point where this would be really useful, especially Gii's anhanced idea of allowing self registration

We've added "Setup REST API Methods" to manage user’s settings:
TeamDesk REST API

Please review example database to test how it works:

Slava

Great stuff. Thank you for delivering this exactly when I need it.

As I have an external website developer integrating this piece, I assume the bit I need to point him to is the very last page of the REST API Documentation, Setup REST API Methods

Thanks
