This can be done with Form Behaviours
Create a rule (behaviour) when the particular role you want is ‘checked’
Then make the section Hidden

Thank you. I am just finding my way with the bits n bobs... Can you get like an half hour support screenshare with TeamDesk or something to get me going on the things i haven't figured out just yet?

I have had a look but there is nothing under 'Rules' called 'Behaviour', or anything that seems to act like so...
I have got here....
Rules ->
-> Custom Buttons
-> Validation Rules
-> Workflow Triggers
-> Workflow Actions

Hello JonnyGee,

Sorry about my delayed reply to you. I've been with a client this morning and it looks like Slava has stepped in with the perfect answer 🙂

**"Can you get like an half hour support screenshare with TeamDesk or something to get me going on the things i haven't figured out just yet?"

The link Slava has provided you is to one section of the detailed Help Pages.
Let me tell you; I'm at around 13 years of using the TD platform and I reference these pages quite a lot...still.

I don't actually work for TD but there's a list of experts scattered around the world who work independently.
They can offer you guidance or can get you started with a fully working application.
The link to the Experts page is here:
https://www.teamdesk.net/experts
and I'm here:
https://www.teamdesk.net/experts/15

That aside, the support from the TD team is always, as someone else put it, laser focussed and will quickly guide you to finding the proper solution.
Best regards and welcome!
