Validation Rule that looks to see if a field or attachment is changed
Similar to notification rules that fire if a field is changed or not. We have some forms withs static fields of attachment fields that we need to be required to be updated every time the form is modified. If we could set the Validation Rules to look for this and require it, that would be very helpful. Example there is a form that is edited every day but requires the attachment to be updated, right now we have no way to require that.
