@Pierre, "We can create various forms for various user roles.." I was under the impression that only one form could be created per table. Can you explain what you are doing to achieve this? Thanks - Lawrence

Hello @Lawrence

In the table setting page, in the section "Rules", press the "Custom Forms" button.
You can then create new forms, and define form assignment rules per role.

@Slava : the Create New Form button might have been placed in the Forms section.

@All "Custom Forms" link related to obsolete system functionality and old form layout.
We're not support and does not recommend to use it.

Sorry for sending you to an obsolete solution
The correct way to personalize the form will be to:
- "Customize form behavior"
- To create a rule relative to the role of the user (New Criteria / the criteria relative to the Roles are down below)
- To edit the rule : hiding, showing, freezing (...) fields or sections
