simultaneous login
Teamdesk said that, by design, many people can use one login info simultaneously. Does anyone know of a way to prevent that?

You might try limiting the IP addresses from which each user can access. It would limit physical access locations without preventing individual users openning multiple sessions but could create issues with mobile access.
That may depend on your account type as well. I don't recall if it's possible on all account types. May only be available on ENTERPRISE account and above.
