When converting Dates to Texts, we have the Format(Date, "pattern", "culture") which is very convenient and efficient.
If would be great to have a 'cultural' option with the reverse function, ToDate(), translating Texts to Dates.
At the present, for users of non-English dates: - If the date is written as a 'long date', TeamDesk is not helping (French example: Lundi 3 mars is not converted) - If the date is written in short date (DD/MM/YYYY), we have to invert MM and DD with is not so complex but always a loss of time.
Kind regards,
Pierre

@Pierre What's usage scenario of such ToDate() function?

@Slava
I get date inputs in text format from an OCR API service (Google Invoice Parser API). It sends the date in raw format (lundi 3 mars 2021, or DD/MM/YYYY). I have to convert it in a date.
Kind regards,
Pierre
