System Timeouts
Came in this morning to our hoes lighting up from all of our customers that are having timeout issues. Are others out there experience this as well? System status is showing as good but we are not able to get around system this morning. It is in all of my databases?

Ive also noticed poor performance in the last couple of hours (UK ~2pm)

Good catch it is definitely our PHONES lighting up!!!!

We are EST put databases are affected EST,CST and PST.

timeouts in question was caused by background full-text index maintenance task that was
supposed to be low-profile, but started consuming lot of database server resources.
We have stopped it and are going to investigate in off-peak hours, so system performance
should be back to normal now.

I can report that we seem to have stabalized and are operating normally again.
