At times, database fields need normalized. Since validation rules may interfere with normalizing historical data, it would be better to be able to disable validations, temporarily, rather than having to turn them all off and then back on after normalization occurs.

I assume you mean on the columns directly rather than Vaildation Rules because there you can enable and disable ?

Yes, if the column labeled Enable could simple be toggled, that would be great. Rather than having to open each validation to disable and enable. If you could choose them all with one box, that would be even better
