Track reports (views) sent via the "Send" button
It would be GREAT if we had access to anything "sent" in an email via the "send" button while looking at a report or 'view'.

Example: A client asks for us to send a report of information, and we email them that report via the "Send" button in the report view screen...then a couple of weeks later the client says, "You never sent me that information". Is there a place to go in TeamDesk where we can SEE, in fact, where we did send the information directly from our TeamDesk system?

This would be similar to the "Sent" folder in standard email packages, where you can go back and see who you emailed, along with the date you sent the report.

Again, this would be a fantastic improvement and help provide for communication accountability for my employees.

Thank you,
BH

Have you tried this.

Make a new table called "Sent Emails"
Columns date sent, from, to, subject, body.

then on the button you use to send email
add another action, for New Record.
then just copy those values

This would be better than a built in one, because you can add your own categories, views, filters, etc

Hi Cooper

Does one gave control over the SEND button at the top of views. I suspect not.

Hi Billy, what I do as a work around is to send all such emails to my regular outlook account and then send them from there to the client.
