No it is in team desk. I need to be able to write a report in team desk or put a formula in that gives me a list of duplicate entries within team desk. I was thinking of doing a report and using a custom formula but don't know what to put in as the formula

You should be able to do [COLUMN NAME]=[COLUMN NAME] in the view.

Navigate to the "Matching" section of a view in setup -->
Select "Custom formula" -->
[***COLUMN NAME] = [***COLUMN NAME]

The trouble you might find is if the data has been entered in differently in two different:

"Bert Simson" in one record and "Bert Simpson" in another...typo error nulls the "="

You could do a couple of different variants of the Match condition...maybe Phone number?

If you use a phone number, you might be able to use the formatting function built into the column first, so you've a better chance of the numbers matching

you're correct!

I tried on small sample before sending through and it 'appeared' to have worked.
On the larger sample...nup!
Slava's solution works...multi relation is the avenue to pursue.

Do you by any chance have a solution to the Simson versus Simpson problem put up by Brett above.

Maybe a Soundex function or a function which finds x% of the characters to be the same?
