I can't seem to be able to produce . a document it works if i generate a template but as soon as i try to put it into a table in word it just displays the data field rather than the actual data in the record
Any help greatly appreciated

When you generate a template, the fields that are automatically self-generating (<< FIELD >>) are automatically generated in a table. If you delete those fields, nothing will be generated.
