Image Orientation
I would like to see orientation preference for images (landscape, portrait, default (as entered)). We have a lot of documents that are generated automatically that include stored images and if someone stores an image in our non preferred orientation then it throws out the layout of the documents. An orientation preference would resolve this.

or (second preference)

A button in the edit record view (next to the 'remove' button of the attached image) to rotate the currently stored image.

Thanks,
Stuart.

This is a bit confusing. I am not sure if you are interchanging document and form terminology.

Do you mean that you have a file column and it is displayed on a form using the Form Size setting. The layout of the form ( what is viewed in teamdesk) is being altered by the orientation and size of the saved files?

or.

Do you mean an image file is saved and you are embedding it into a downloadable document. That is created by making a doc template and then downloaded as word or pdf format. The resulting doc/pdf file format is being affected?

If orientation tag is correctly set in JPEG file we are rotating it accordingly when generating documents and image previews. In absence of JPEG orientation tag automatic rotation from, say, portrait to landscape is ambiguous - we should rotate image, but should it be 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise?
