New Navigate: Create Record
With the New Navigate action function, creating a new record using a Custom Button is pleasantly easier.
The only drawback is that upon Saving the new record, we are presented with the new record rather than the record we executed the action from.
It would be preferable, IMO, to return to the original record.

Maybe an option at SAVE?

A Sub-Action would be nice too...

i.e. Send Email Notification...
It requires a two-part process currently, in different areas

@All as a workaround, please consider using Custom URL navigate action with following formula:

<%URLRoot()%>/edit.aspx?t=NNNNN&rback=1&back=<%BackURL()%>

Please replace NNNNN with particular table number.

Hello Slava,

Have tried this (and variations) with no success.

Finally got this to work by replacing the
rback=1
with
&id=<%[PARENT RECORD ID]%>

No more "rback" hacks. Now, Navigate/New Record has new option - After save: with Navigate back / Navigate to record's preview options.
