Extend filtering options on Time-dependent triggers
I would like to have the possibility to add a filter to a time-dependent trigger, similar to record change triggers. Specifically the 'only when value is updated in' option. I use time-dependent triggers as a workaround for not having cascading triggers, and I need a way to distinguish what caused Date Modified to be updated, without having to create additional Date fields for each 'update scenario'
