New function: Ez()
This function returns text value if this value is not empty string. If it is empty string, it returns null instead.

Ez("TEST") returns TEST value.

Ez("") returns null.

What's the usage context? TeamDesk converts empty strings to NULLs upon save anyway.

For use in formulas:

"If you can read this text it means either of following column(s) are not empty:" & Ez(Nz(" column 1": & [column1]) & Nz(" column 2": & [column2]))
