Hi Our sales dept have just asked if TD currently syncs with Outlook, or can appointments be emailed?

Calendar views support generating ICS feeds - check Enable calendar feed option. This will enable Outlook to fetch the content of calendar view from TeamDesk periodically (once in an hour I guess).
