When adding new record via InLine edit it would be good if the new record could be added at the top if the view is grouped by date and sorted descending.
at the moment all new records are added at the bottom of the list...a refresh is required in most cases

Date Created and Date Modified are only columns you can predict position of the record for.

How about a radio button in the setup to say add top or bottom of list?
