Record of emails sent
When I use the Action Email Alert and an email is sent as a result, there is no record of that visible anywhere.

Currently I work around this by having a subsequent action which creates an entry in my Diary table. However
a) this means maintaining 2 sets of code (I can live with that)
b) I can't keep a record of the attachment to the email(that's a gap in my records which will cause me problems)

Hello Philipp,

So far we have no email log and the only way to organize it is indeed to add workflow action. Yet, considering the number of requests to trace email sending process having the log would be a nice addition. We have discussed this internally about a week ago; also you may want to file the idea to TeamDesk Idea Exchange.

Regards,
Kirill

Suggestion: Implement a log of emails sent from the system. Use the existing Email to Database table for this.

Could you set up a devoted email box that will always receive a cc or bcc on the email notifications? That way the devoted box will archive all notifications.
