The ability to run periodic trigger NOW by pressing a button, rather than entering a time a few minutes hence and waiting patiently for it to run, often a few minutes late, would be a big help to development efficiency.

Please consider this one. I am sitting here waiting for the periodic trigger to run, wondering whether it has run and failed, not knowing what is going on.

I had the same situation several time. Set the time couple of mins ahead and wait .....
