How do I back up my database or my data?
All TeamDesk databases are backed up on an hourly basis. These backups are managed by TeamDesk operations team and are intended to be used in case of unexpected system problems or natural disasters.

If you'd like to keep your data or older versions of your database accessible to you, you have following options:

1. Make an online copy of the entire database. This includes everything - Roles, Formulas, Overview Pages, etc.
From within your database, enter Setup mode, then "Database" tab -> Database -> "Copy Database" link.

2. Export your data to your computer. This option saves only the data, and does not include any Views, Formulas, Pages or Roles you've created in the database.
From within your database , enter Setup mode, then Tables->"Export data from table".

3. Use backup utilities from TeamDesk Backup and Restore Tools
