in Forms use the field name for the Proxy Column rather than using the Field name of the Key Column
Lets say a record in an Address table makes a reference to a Country table.

The reference field (in Address table) might be called Country and the lookup field for the proxy column of the record might be called Country Name.

One would never want to display the reference field, Country, as it holds data meaningless to the user. However on Forms, the field name from the reference field is used, whereas in Views it makes more sense to use the field name from the lookup field for the proxy column.

This creates some confusion with users where they see a different field name on Forms than they later see in Views holding the same data.

Suggestion: in Forms use the field name used in the Lookup for the Proxy Column rather than using the Field name of the reference to the Key Column.
